Error: 'Unable to load Holiday Balance app' in Access Evo

If an employee can't see their holiday entitlement in the Holiday Balance app, check their roles in Access Education People.

The Holiday Balance app can be added on your dashboard in Access Evo and will display your absence stats from Access Education People.

If an employee is unable to see this or if they receive an error within the app with the message 'Unable to load Holiday Balance app', please follow the steps below to ensure they have the Employee role assigned:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Security and then Roles.

  3. Click Employee so that it's highlighted in blue.

Once the role is assigned, ask the affected user to reload the page in Access Evo and their Holiday Balance app will pull through.
