Reset an employee's password

Employees can reset their password following the steps in this article.

Resetting a current employee's password

All employees who have at least one current employment will need to log in to Access Education People via Access Evo, and the password will also need to be reset by going to the Access Evo log in page and following the steps below:

  1. Enter your email address and click on Next.

  2. Click on Forgot your password? and click on Send verification code.

  3. Stay on this page until you receive an email with the code. It might take a while for the email to be received.

  4. Enter the validation code and reset the password.

πŸ“Œ Note: The employee will need to reset their password as you will not be able to reset it for them.


Resetting a leaver's password

If the user is a leaver whose employment on Education People has been terminated, you can reset their password following the steps below:

  1. On Access Education People, search for the leaver and go to their profile.

  2. Click on Person and then Profile.

  3. Click on Reset Password.

  4. The leaver will get an email with their username and a temporary password.

  5. They will need to go to https://accesspeople.accessacloud.com/SchoolNameSecure/Account/LocalLogOn (replacing SchoolName with your school's name).

  6. Enter the username and temporary password.

  7. They will be asked to change the temporary password to a personal one.

  8. Once entered, they will be able to log in.
