Unable to close historical absence for TUPE employee

Reach out to us if you cannot close absences for employees that have been TUPE transferred.

If you are unable to close historical absences this may be due to the end date being previous to the employee's start date in their current post.

In this case, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and ask to speak to an agent. Our 2nd line team will need to investigate and add the end dates in the database.
