Add historic sickness and leave

Follow these steps if you need to add sickness or leave for employees with a date prior to their employment start date.

You will only be able to add leave or sickness on an employee's profile in the Absence tab starting with the start date of their current employment.

To add historic sickness you will need to use the Data Manager option:

  1. Go to Setup and click Data Manager.

  2. Select Employee Data and click Sickness.

  3. Enter the information in the spreadsheet and click Validate to check for any errors.

  4. Click Upload to upload the sickness entries for the employees.

To add historic leave please follow the same steps by going to Employee Data and then clicking on Leave.

πŸ“Œ Note: Please keep in mind that we will not be able to revert any issues caused by incorrectly using the Data Manager option. If you would like us to make the bulk upload of sickness from our end, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and request to speak to an agent.
