If you have terminated an employee and this change has already been exported to Payroll it is possible you will not be able to unterminate them at a later date.
You may see a pop-up message letting you know that the system was unable to unterminate the employee or the Unterminate button may be unresponsive.
In this case, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and request to speak to an agent. Please provide us with the employee's full name and employee number and our technical team will be able to unterminate the employee from their end.
