Employees will have access to some details about their employment by accessing the My Profile menu under Self Service.
If all Self Service permissions are enabled, they will be able to see:
Their current job title and employee number (without a position history to see previous job titles)
The start date of their current employment
The section in which their post has been created
Bank details, such as account numbers and sort codes
Assets
Education and qualifications
Personal details such as the personal email address and home address
Next of kin information
Sensitive information such as ethnicity and disability, religion and marital status
Temporary covers done on their profile and the names of the users who temp covered as them
π Note: Employees will not be able to see or edit their own salary details in Self Service. This is not an available feature on Access Education People.
