The Access Education People software does not determine how holiday is paid.
The system takes data that is inputted on employee profiles, such as how many days or hours of leave each employee has and the absence class that was used (Annual Leave, Compassionate Leave, Sickness etc.) and exports this data to Payroll, which then determines how each leave is paid.
The only pay-related setting on Access Education People is the Paid Leave box on each absence class, which can be ticked or unticked to determine if the absence class is paid or unpaid.
