Staff Detail syncing
When a staff member is added to the system, they will be created within your Bromcom MIS once they are assigned an employment within the School that has an integration set up with Bromcom.

Contract syncing
With the ongoing Contract Syncing, every time a member of staff has a new Position added to them, it will be synced with Bromcom. We use the SWC Code assigned to the post within Post > Details > Survey > SWC Code > Post Identifier to determine the post that the member of staff is assigned to.
