There is a system setting responsible for rounding up the calculated annual leave days. This can be helpful if an employee has (for example) 1.25 available holiday, as this function will round this up to 1.5 (one and a half day).
To find and amend this setting, please follow instructions below:
Go to Setup and click Settings.
Click System Settings, then Holidays and Leave Accrual.
Scroll down to Holiday Entitlement: Round Up and enable or disable the toggle as needed.
