Manually adjust an employee's leave entitlement

Follow these steps to manually adjust an employee's leave entitlement in order to add or detract days from their holiday balance.

To adjust an employee's leave entitlement:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click the Absence tab and select Leave.

  3. Click Add Leave Adjustment.

  4. Enter the number of days you want to add or remove from the holiday entitlement.

  5. (Optional) Enter a comment.

  6. Click on Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: To detract days, enter the number of days with a minus symbol. If the employee's entitlement is in hours, enter the number of hours to be added or detracted.
