This error appears when there's no information in the negotiating body's FTE Hours field. To resolve this, follow the steps below.
Go to Setup, then Settings.
Click Module Settings, then Payroll Settings.
Click Pay Grade and Payscale then click the negotiating body name.
Enter the required value in the FTE Hours field.
Click Save.
