Permission needed
In order to view the Bradford Factor on employee profiles you will need the permission 'Admin BradfordFactor'.
This can be added for you by your manager or any System Owner user by following the steps in our article on adding permissions.
View Bradford Factor
To see an employee's Bradford Factor:
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Absence, then Sickness.
The Bradford Factor will be displayed in the list of stats on the right.
