When running an absence export you may get an error or notice that it has stopped partway through if one or several absences on the file have missing data, for example missing end dates.
You will need to review the absences on the absence export file and amend them as needed, then re-run the export.
Go to Payroll and click Import/Export.
Click Absence Export.
You will see the line at which the export gets stuck.
Click Export on the file you need to verify.
Check which absence is causing the issue and go to the profile of the employee in question.
Click Absence, then Leave.
Click the absence causing the issue and add the missing data (this could be the start or end date).
Click Save.
Go back to Import/Export and run the absence export again.
