With regard to the Absence Export, the current rule of the software is that the last time an absence was modified supersedes when it was last exported.
The absences at the one school would have been changed or added to in some way. So that when they were next exported, despite being on the ALL export before the one school export, they would have been sent to Payroll again.
This is how the software is coded and is not a setting that can be changed.
Previously exported absence has been exported again
