Change the email address used for emails from the system

Follow these steps to determine the email address that will be used as the sender for emails sent from Access Education People.

Emails sent from the Access Education People system will use the address [email protected] as sender by default, but this can be changed to any email address by following the steps below:

  1. Click Setup, then Settings.

  2. Click System Settings, then Global.

  3. Search for Email from Address and click this setting.

  4. Enter the email address in the String field and click Save.

All emails sent from the system from this point forwards will use the email address you've entered here as the sender. Emails previously sent will not be affected.
