Assign a brand to an employee

Follow these steps to assign a brand to an employee who is missing one or change their current brand.

The brand assigned to each employee will affect the information they see on the Enquiries page in the Payslips menu under Self Service.

To add or change an employee's brand:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Employment, then Position.

  3. Click Edit in the Employment area.

  4. Select an option from the Brand dropdown.

  5. Click Save.
