To check if an employee has multiple line managers, follow the steps below:
Go to the employee’s profile and click Employment.
Select Position and click Post Details.
Click Approval in the menu on the left and then Approvers.
Click Edit next to Leave.
In the 1st Approval Level area you will find the names of the approves. This will state 'All line managers will appear in the Approvers list, The line managers are:' followed by the names of the approvers.
When adding a leave request for an employee who has multiple line managers, all managers will appear in a dropdown list. At this point, the correct approver can be selected and they will receive the notification to approve the leave request.
📌 Note: Only the selected approver will receive the notification.
