Run a report that shows remaining leave days to take

Follow these steps to run a report that shows the remaining Annual Leave days employees have to take.

The most comprehensive reports on the system that shows leave balance details are the Holiday Information reports in the Standard Reports folder.

To run these reports:

  1. Go to Reports and click Standard Reports.

  2. Click Holiday and select one of the below:

    • Holiday Information Report - Days

    • Holiday Information Report - Hours

  3. Expand the organisation structure and select the divison or section you need to run the report for.

  4. Select an absence period scheme from the Scheme dropdown.

  5. Click Run Report.

The 'Holiday Information Report - Days' report will only show employees who have a holiday entitlement template that's set in days. Similarly, the 'Holiday Information Report - Hours' report will only display employees on a template set in hours.
