Employments will be terminated if the start date is prior to the previous post's end date because the system will see this as a previous position.
To resolve this, please ensure that all of the employee's start and end dates are correct:
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Admin, then Edit an existing post/position.
Click each line and make sure the dates are correct in the StartDate and EndDate fields.
Click Save.
