If someone needs to be made a leaver on Access Education People, their employment will need to be terminated by completing all the steps in the termination process.
To do this, please refer to our article on terminating an employee, as this includes all the steps to take.
Simply adding an end date or contract end date will not terminate the employment. This will only signal that the current post in which the employee is in will be ending on a certain date, but it will not terminate the employment as a whole.
