If a previous employment that has been terminated on the system is still showing as Current on the Full Employee Data Extract Report, please follow the steps below:
Go to the employee's profile.
If the employee has several employments, click Switch Employment and select the previous post that isn't displaying correctly on the report.
Click the Admin tab and then select Admin from the menu on the right.
Click Modify End Date.
Enter the end date of the employment and click Save.
Run the report again and check the status of this employment.
