eRecruit - Applicants are unable to submit vacancy application

Follow these steps if applicants get a Failed to Post message when trying to submit their application on the Recruitment Portal.

If your applicants see a Failed to Post error message when submitting a vacancy:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select System Settings.

  3. Select Recruitment Settings.

  4. Select the Accept CVs on Applications box.

  5. Ensure that the option is set to On.
