Once a vacancy has been set up, you can take a look at the applicants in order to shortlist them and add them to interview slots:
Go to Recruitment and click Vacancies.
Click the vacancy and select the Applicants tab.
On the right you will have the Interview Round section. Click Edit Interview Slots.
Click Add Interview Slot.
Enter the date and start time of the interview as well as the location.
Tick the Practical Interview box if needed.
Click Save.
Repeat the steps above to set up as many interview slots as needed.
Click Start Assessment to asses the applicant's qualifications.
Click Phone Screen to progress the applicant to the Phone Screen stage.
If needed, you can click Update Assessment to make changes to your assessment.
Click Shortlist For Interview 1 when ready.
Click Add Interview Slots.
In the No Candidate Yet dropdown, select the applicant's name for the interview slot you want to add them to.
Click Save.
Complete the interview invitation email and click Send.
Click Start Assessment in the Interview area.
Complete the assessment and click Save.
Click Make Provisional Offer if the applicant met all criteria in order to move on to the onboarding stage.
