An applicant will appear in the Talent Pool, but only if the applicant has ticked the box to Keep me on record for future vacancies on their account, under the Notifications tab.

They would not appear in the Talent Pool after applying if this wasnβt ticked, but the manager can add them to the talent pool once they are an applicant.

You cannot add an Applicant who is in the Talent Pool once a vacancy has already been created. They will have to be added to the Vacancy at the start of its creation.
