eRecruit - Set up an application form

Follow these steps to create an application form and assign it to vacancies.

Create an application form

To create a new application form:

  1. Go to Setup and click Content.

  2. Click Forms and select eRecruit.

  3. Click Application Forms and then Add Form.

  4. Enter the name of the form in the Description field and click Save.

  5. Click the new form you created and select Edit.

  6. Set up the form as needed and click Save.

You can edit the existing pages, add or remove them and change the content within them.

πŸ“Œ Note: Certain fields and sections cannot be edited as they are hard coded into the software. It is also not possible to duplicate an application form - you will need to create a new one instead.


Assign a form on a vacancy

To assign a form on a vacancy:

  1. Create a vacancy by going to Recruitment and then Vacancies.

  2. Click Add Vacancy and select the post.

  3. When getting to the Advert Settings page, select the application form in the Application Form dropdown.
