eRecruit - Upload a reference form

This article provides information on reference forms in the Recruitment module.

When creating vacancies in the Recruitment menu you will be able to select a reference form in the Settings tab on the vacancy. The options in the dropdown are the reference forms created within the system, in the Content menu.

It is not possible to upload an external document.

To select a reference form:

  1. Go to Recruitment and click Vacancies.

  2. Either create your new vacancy by clicking Add Vacancy or click an existing vacancy in the list.

  3. Click the Settings tab and scroll down to Reference Form.

  4. Select the form from the Reference Form dropdown and click Save.

The forms are created in the Content menu:

  1. Click Setup, then Content.

  2. Click Forms, then eRecruit.

  3. Click the Reference Forms folder.

  4. You can create a new form by clicking Add Form or click an existing form to edit it.
