View, edit and create recruitment forms
All forms that can be used for vacancies on the Recruitment Portal can be found by following the steps below:
Go to Setup and click Content.
Click Forms, then eRecruit.
Expand each folder to view the forms:
Application Forms
Reference Forms
Registration Forms
Click a folder and then click a form to edit it.
Click a folder, then Add Form to create a new form.
Assign forms
To set up forms on vacancies:
Go to Recruitment, then Add Vacancy.
Create your vacancy as needed, then click the Settings tab.
Select the relevant forms from the Application Form or Reference Form dropdowns.
Click Save.
