Recruitment forms

This article explains where to find application forms, reference forms and registration forms for the Recruitment Portal.

View, edit and create recruitment forms

All forms that can be used for vacancies on the Recruitment Portal can be found by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Setup and click Content.

  2. Click Forms, then eRecruit.

  3. Expand each folder to view the forms:

    • Application Forms

    • Reference Forms

    • Registration Forms

  4. Click a folder and then click a form to edit it.

  5. Click a folder, then Add Form to create a new form.


Assign forms

To set up forms on vacancies:

  1. Go to Recruitment, then Add Vacancy.

  2. Create your vacancy as needed, then click the Settings tab.

  3. Select the relevant forms from the Application Form or Reference Form dropdowns.

  4. Click Save.
