eRecruit - 'Failed to post check console' error when submitting Application Form

Follow these steps if you receive a 'Failed to post check console' error when submitting an Application Form.

When submitting application forms, you may receive the 'Failed to post check console' error if the Accept CVs on applications setting is turned off.

To resolve this:

  1. Click Setup, then Settings.

  2. Click System Settings, then Recruitment Settings.

  3. Scroll down to Accept CVs on applications and turn the toggle on.
