Report showing changes to employee records

Follow these steps to report on which changes have been made on employee profiles.

Currently, the only report available showing changes to employees can be run by following the steps below:

  1. Click Reports, then Other Reports.

  2. Expand the Audit folder and click Person & Employee Change Log.

  3. Click Run Report.

πŸ“Œ Note: This report does not show all changes in the system, but it does display when employees have logged in, changes of password, adding of absences and additions to basic pay as well as changes to personal details or temporary covers.

For more information on changes made to an employee's profile you can also take a look at their audit log:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Security, then Audit Log.
