Employees that have been set up as approvers will not be notified of this but they can check in a few ways.
Notifications page
Approvers receive approval requests and can view them by going to their Notifications page or by going to Manager and then selecting My Actions. The Notifications page can be accessed by clicking on the triangle icon in the top right corner of the page.
Post Setup
Employees can check a post to see if they have been set as its approver by following the steps below:
Go to Admin Menu and click Post Setup.
Search for the post and click it.
Go to Approvals and click Approvers.
Click Edit on each option (for example Leave or Payroll Claims) to check its approver.
Post Reporting Structure Report
Employees can also run the below report and search for their name:
Go to Reports and select Other Reports.
Click Posts.
Click Post Reporting Structure.
Click Run Report.
Enter your name in the Reporting to Employee Name field and click Submit.
