When adding absence this can only be done per employment rather than per person. Because of this, employees with several employments will need to have absence added to each employment accordingly.
If the member of staff is completely off sick and will not be doing either of their roles, you will need to add the sickness to both employments.
If they have two employments but only need to be signed off sick for one of them, add the sickness only to this record.
⚠️ Important: Sickness triggers will be generated per employment and will not add up the sickness from all of the user's employments. This may result in triggers showing on one employment but not on the others.
