Give an employee access to all users

Follow these steps to allow and employee to see all other employee profiles in the organisation structure.

Amend access on the post

The easiest way to give an employee access to all profiles in the system is to amend the access settings on their post.

⚠️ Important: Please keep in mind that this will affect all employees in this post.

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Employment, then Position.

  3. Click Post Details.

  4. Click Security, then Employee Access.

  5. Click Edit.

  6. Select All People and Employments and click Save.

Once this is done, the below permissions will also need to be added for the employee:

  • Employee Administration: Details

  • Employee Administration

  • Master All SubSections Permission

System Owner role

If the user needs full access to the system, in order to see all employees and make changes to their profile, the best option is to assign them the System Owner role.

This can be done by following the steps in our article on assigning roles.

⚠️ Important: Please keep in mind the System Owner role is reserved for employees who need full access to the system, as well as our Support team.
