Assign roles to an employee
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Security, then Roles.
Click a role so that it's highlighted in blue in order to enable it.
π Note: This change will save as soon as you have clicked on the role.
Assign roles to a post
Click Admin Menu, then Post Setup.
Search for the post using the Quick Search bar.
Click the post, then click Security.
Click Roles, then Edit.
Click a role so that it's highlighted in blue in order to enable it.
