Assign roles

Follow these steps to assign roles to a post or employee.

Assign roles to an employee

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Security, then Roles.

  3. Click a role so that it's highlighted in blue in order to enable it.

πŸ“Œ Note: This change will save as soon as you have clicked on the role.


Assign roles to a post

  1. Click Admin Menu, then Post Setup.

  2. Search for the post using the Quick Search bar.

  3. Click the post, then click Security.

  4. Click Roles, then Edit.

  5. Click a role so that it's highlighted in blue in order to enable it.
