Assign an absence period scheme to an employee or post

Follow these steps to assign an absence period scheme to an employee or post.

Assigning an absence scheme to an employee

  1. Go to the employee's profile and click Absence.

  2. Click Leave.

  3. Click Change Absence Period Scheme.

  4. Select the correct scheme template from the dropdown list and click Save.

This will only take effect for this employee.


Assigning an absence scheme to a post

  1. Go to Admin Menu and click Post Setup.

  2. Search for the post and click it.

  3. Choose Absence on the left and then click Leave.

  4. Click Edit in the Leave section.

  5. Select the correct scheme template from the dropdown list and click Save.

This will take effect for all employees that will be added in this post going forwards.

πŸ“Œ Note: Changing the absence period scheme on a post will not affect employees that were already added to this post, only new starters that are added after the change.
