The SWC error 'The same person has a total Full Time Equivalent ratio greater than 1.5' is caused by the employee having more than 48 working hours assigned on their employment.
It is also possible that the employee has two or more posts marked as 'Current' which will result in the employee having a double amount of contracted hours.
To resolve this, follow the steps below:
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Payroll and then Pay.
Select Pay History and click their current salary line.
Make sure that the Contract Days and Contract Hours fields have the correct value added.
Click Save.
Next, go to the Employment tab and click Position.
Select Position History.
If there are more than one posts in their position history, make sure that previous posts have an end date added.
If you see two or more posts with 'No leaving date', go to Admin and click Edit an existing post/position.
Click the previous posts and add the end date in the End Date field.
Click Save.
