When resolving a sickness trigger on an employee's profile you will need to select an option from the Resolution Type dropdown list.
By default this will be 'Resolved' but if you need to add other options you can do so by following the steps below:
Go to Setup and click Settings.
Select Module Settings and then HR.
Click Absence Trigger Resolution.
Click Add Absence Trigger Resolution.
Enter the name in the Description field and click Save.
