Delete a trigger from Settings
To remove a trigger entirely from the system so that it won't trigger for anyone going forwards:
Click Setup and then Settings.
Click Module Settings and then HR.
Click Absence Trigger.
Click the trigger you need to remove and click Delete.
π Note: If the trigger has already triggered for an employee, you will not be able to delete it as it's already in use.
Delete a trigger from an employee's profile
If a trigger has already triggered for an employee you will not be able to remove it from their profile.
The only way to remove a trigger would be to delete the sickness records that triggered it.
To check which sicknesses generated the trigger:
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Absence and then Sickness Triggers.
Click the trigger and you will see the sicknesses that caused it under 'Absences that resulted in this trigger'.
You can then delete the sicknesses:
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Click Absence and then Sickness.
Click the sickness and then click Delete.
