A new dataset is now available in Custom Reports, allowing data managers to report on grievance records held within the system.

Fields in this data set include grievance type, raised date, and action taken, enabling teams to monitor grievance processes and outstanding administrative tasks.

Rota managers can now sort the rota day view by shift start time, making it quicker to identify which employees are starting earliest and plan accordingly.

The system will now block a rota day from being completed if an employee's actual hours overlap across multiple posts within the same section. This protects against accidental overpayment where employees are borrowed between subsections and shifts overlap.

Fixes to recording final approver recorded in three-step approval workflows In three-step approval workflows, the system was incorrectly recording the 3rd-level approval as being made by the 2nd-level approver. The correct approver is now recorded at each step, and auto-approval is not done if the approver at a previous level is in the approval group at a higher level (previously the approval was automatically done in this situation).

Absence approval screen not showing part-day times (Arbor) When an absence included start or end times for a part-day request, those times were not visible to the approver on the approval screen. This has been resolved so approvers can see the full details before making a decision.

Arbor MIS – Position end date not syncing for pending leavers Employees marked as pending leavers with a position end date in People were not having that date pushed through to Arbor via the MIS integration. The end date will now sync correctly.

Bromcom MIS – Staff gender not syncing on profile save Saving an employee's profile in People was not triggering a gender update in Bromcom, even where the Staff Data Sync was enabled and gender codes were correctly mapped. Gender changes will now sync as expected.

Pay Claims Report not showing leavers or returning results for "Former" status Employees marked as leavers were not appearing on the Pay Claims Report, and filtering by "Former" employment status returned no results. Both issues have been resolved.

Payroll Claims table column headings misaligned The "Emp #" and "Name & Post" column headings were incorrectly included in the data table, causing all other column headings to become misaligned. This layout issue has been corrected.

Payslip email not sending and missing attachment Some schools were not receiving payslip notification emails at all, and where emails were sent, the payslip was not attached despite the email wording implying it would be. Both issues have been resolved.

Payslip tabs disappearing after navigating away When viewing payslips in self-service, navigating to another area of the system and returning caused the payslip tabs (Details, Doc, Enquiries) to disappear for the current year. A browser refresh was required to restore them. This has been fixed.

Payslip reload failing – batches reverting to Deleted status When attempting to reload payslip batches that had been marked as Deleted, the status moved to Processing before reverting back to Deleted, leaving employees without access to their payslips. This has been fixed.

[Person.Firstname] not populating in payslip notification emails The replacement field [Person.Firstname] was displaying as blank in payslip notification emails rather than showing the employee's first name. This has been corrected.

Full Data Extract – Total FT Fraction truncated to 2 decimal places Column CB (Total FT Fraction) in the Full Data Extract report was exporting values to 2 decimal places instead of the correct 3 (e.g. 52.14 instead of 52.143). The full precision is now preserved in the export.

"Can Do" permissions on Employee role not reflected visually Attempting to deactivate "Can Do" permissions on the Employee role appeared to have no effect because the UI did not indicate that the permission has been changed. This has been resolved.
