  • Upcoming or expiring qualifications

  2. Click Create a Custom Report

  3. Select Training, Education & Qualifications from the dataset dropdown

  4. Click Submit to open the report with the relevant columns pre-loaded

Bug Fixes

Date Columns Now Export as Date Values in Custom Reporting

Date columns in Custom Reporting data sets are now exported in a proper date format rather than as plain text strings. Previously, dates were exported as text, which meant Excel could only sort them alphabetically (A–Z) rather than chronologically. This fix applies across all available data sets and enables full date-based sorting and filtering in Excel exports.

Post Title Settings Page – Hidden Table Rows Now Accessible

Area: Access Setup > Settings > Module Settings > HR > Post Title

The Post Title settings table did not have a scrollbar, meaning rows beyond the bottom of the visible area were inaccessible without zooming out the whole browser window. A scrollbar has been added so all rows are now accessible at any zoom level.

Custom Reporting – ‘Data Type’ Pill Overlap Fixed

Area: Access Reports > Custom Reporting

When the left-hand navigation menu was expanded, the ‘Data Type’ pill in the Custom Reporting grid overlapped text in the adjacent column. The layout is now fully responsive and renders correctly in all navigation menu states.

Unable to Delete Unacknowledged Document – ‘Record in Use’ Error

Area: Employee Profile > Documents

When attempting to delete an unacknowledged document from an employee’s profile, the system was incorrectly returning the error “Unable to delete, record in use”. This occurred even though the document had not been acknowledged and should therefore have been deletable. The deletion logic has been corrected.

Rehired Employee Not Reactivated in Evo Automatically

Area: Employee Rehire / Evo Integration

Following the feature introduced in v2.59 to automatically reactivate an employee’s Evo profile upon rehire, a defect was identified where the reactivation was not being triggered in all cases. This has been corrected, and rehired employees will now have their Evo profile reactivated automatically as intended.

Careers Menu Link Incorrectly Appends ‘/Account/Logon’

Area: Self Service > Careers Menu Link / Global Settings

When the Careers menu link in Self Service was configured to point to an external careers site, the system was automatically appending ‘/Account/Logon’ to the URL, causing an error on the destination page. The behaviour has been corrected so that external URLs are used as configured, without modification.

Duplicate ‘Featured Vacancies’ Menu on Applicant View

Area: Recruitment > Applicant Portal

When logged in as an applicant on a recruitment site, the ‘Featured Vacancies’ menu item was appearing twice. This duplication occurred only after an applicant logged in. The duplicate menu entry has been removed.

Scheduled Reports Sent Without File Extension on Attachment

Area: Other Reports > Scheduled Reports

Some scheduled reports delivered via email were received without a file extension on the attachment (e.g. a PDF file arriving with no ‘.pdf’ extension), making them difficult to open. The issue has been resolved and all scheduled report attachments will now include the correct file extension.

Payroll Claims – Date Displaying with Extra Leading Zero (e.g. 02026)

Area: Payroll > Claims

Dates displayed in the Payroll Claims screens were showing an extra leading zero before the year (e.g. ‘15 Jan 02026’ instead of ‘15 Jan 2026’). This was a visual display defect only and did not affect claim processing, and has now been corrected.

Application Form – Only First Page Printed to PDF / Content Truncated

Area: Recruitment > Applicants > View Application > Print

When printing an application form to PDF using Ctrl+P, only the first page was being captured. Additionally, when the Supporting Statement section was expanded, the text was being cut off mid-sentence in the resulting PDF. Both issues have been resolved and full application forms now print to PDF correctly.

Arbor Sync – Expected End Date Not Sent for Open Sickness Absences

When an employee had an open sickness absence with an expected end date but no actual end date, the expected end date was not being synced to Arbor. This meant that in Arbor’s cover planning, the ‘Until’ field appeared blank and absence cover was only calculated up to the current date rather than through to the expected end date.

The expected end date is now included in the sync where present, enabling schools to plan cover accurately for the full anticipated absence period.

How this version will be made available
