Unable to set up the MIS Integration with a school

If you have several schools on your system and are unable to set up the MIS Integration for one of them, follow the steps in this article to ensure settings are set up correctly.

If you cannot set up the MIS Integration for one of your schools, please check that the LEA Number and School Number have been added correctly and that they are not reversed.

  1. Click the search icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Expand the Organisational Structure and click the school.

  3. Click Edit Section.

  4. Select Schools Workforce Census in the menu on the left, then click Edit.

  5. Enter the LEA Number and School Number correctly. If these numbers are incorrect or reversed, this will cause issues with the MIS Integration.

  6. Click Save.

πŸ€“ Tip: The LEA Number is comprised of three digits, while the School Number is comprised of four.
