When an approver is unable to reject a leave request and receives a pop-up message with the error 'Failed to load - check console', this may be caused by the rejection reason exceeding the allowed character limit.
Because the system only supports a maximum of 255 characters including spaces, the approver will need to edit the text in the Rejection Reason box before proceeding.
Click the Notifications icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Select the leave request.
Click Reject.
When adding the rejection reason, make sure this is under 255 characters.
Click Reject.
