Employee linking

Follow these steps to make changes to the employee links that will be exported to Payroll.

Permissions needed

In order to see the Edit Employee Linking button you will need the permissions below:

  • Employments – Edit Employee Linkings (Can View)

  • HR Admin – Can Amend Employee Linking (Can Do)

These can be added for you by your manager or any System Owner user by following the steps in our article on adding permissions.


Edit employee linking

⚠️ Warning: Please do not make any changes to this area unless specifically instructed to do so by our Support team.

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Admin, then Edit Employee Linking.

  3. For each employment, tick one of the boxes below:

    • Link Group 1

    • Link Group 2

    • Unlinked

  4. Click Save.
