Curriculum data is from secondary schools and middle deemed secondary schools, with computerised timetable systems. Similarly, all schools with computerised timetable systems, that interact with their MI systems, supply this data for year groups five and above.
This data is required for teachers and teaching assistants. For each staff details record, there may be one or more curriculum records.
If required, you can set the data against each individual teacher. To do this:
Load the employee then click Employment.
Click Teacher then click General Teacher Details.
Under Schools Workforce Census, click Add Subject.
Complete the following fields:
Subject
Year Group
Hours in Typical Week
Click Save.
