Please follow the steps in our article on setting up approvers on posts in order to go to the relevant area on the post's settings page.
On this page, please check the Approval Method setting by clicking Edit to the right of the relevant section. If set to Auto Approve and there is an Approval Level set, the Auto Approve will not work.
Please remove the approval level first and then set the setting to Auto Approve again.
