Managed Services error: 'Signing in to this application requires an active Access Evo account'

Follow these steps if you are a Managed Services user and receive the error 'Signing in to this application requires an active Access Evo account' when logging in.

Users that are on a Managed Services system do not use Access Evo to log in. Instead, they will log in directly to Access Education People via a direct link.

At the log in screen, underneath the Username and Password fields, there are two buttons, as seen below. Select Sign In after entering your username and password.

  • Sign In (correct button to click)

  • Sign in with Access Identity (will result in an error)
