Employees who have a vehicle registered on their profile that is less than 3 years old will not need MOT details.
To ensure this works correctly you will need to set up the vehicle on their profile to reflect this:
Search the employee and go to their profile.
Click Employment, then Vehicles.
Click the vehicle.
In the Vehicle Details section, change the value of Value > 3 Years Old from Yes to No.
Click Save.
Once this is completed, the employee will be able to submit mileage claims via Self Service.
