If a user is looking to add, remove or amend a permission, they can use Filters to narrow down your search. Please see below details.
Once you are in the Permission search window, click Filters.
Click Options.
Select the relevant option from the list:
All Permissions: This will show you all permissions, assigned and unassigned.
Selected: This will only show you selected / assigned permissions.
Advanced (Access): This usually consists of access related permissions, such as Sections and Sub-sections.
Reports: This will show you all permissions related to reports and report groups on your system.
Click Save.
