Remove Add Fuel Receipt from My Expenses

Once an employee has access to the My Expenses menu in Self Service, all options within this menu will be available to them, including Add Fuel Receipt. It is not possible to remove the button from the menu because these features are not determined by individual permissions.

However, you can remove the Date and Amount fields so employees will no longer be able to fill them in.

To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Setup and click Settings.

  2. Click Field Settings.

  3. Search for FormData_FuelReceipt_m.Amount and click it.

  4. Change the option in the dropdown from Mandatory to Disabled.

  5. Search for FormData_FuelReceipt_m.Date and set it to Disabled as well.

  6. Click Save.
