Claims cannot be deleted by the approver, but they can be either approved or rejected. Once this is done, the claim will no longer show in their Notifications or My Actions pages.
If the approver has already approved or rejected the claim but this is still showing for them, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and request to speak to an agent.
Our Support Team will escalate your issue to our 2nd line team as they will be able to remove the claim from the database. Please provide us with the claim reference number to ensure that we will remove the correct claim.
