Save button not working on mileage claim

Follow these steps if users are unable to save their mileage claims.

If the Save button on a mileage claim is unresponsive this may be due to the mileage rate for the selected vehicle not having a mileage range set up.

To resolve this you will need to make sure that each rate on a mileage scheme has a minimum and maximum value for the mileage range.

  1. Click Setup, then Settings.

  2. Click Module Settings, then Expenses Settings.

  3. Click Mileage.

  4. Select the relevant mileage scheme.

  5. Click the relevant line depending on the vehicle type.

  6. Enter a value in the Min and Max fields under Mileage Range.

  7. Click Save.

The limit for the Max value is 9999.
